WordPressのinstallにはMariaDB-10.2が必要らしい。

初期設定と練習：
MySQLコンパチらしいから、初期設定と使い方はそっちを参考にしてみるか。
今回はhttpdもバイナリで行くのと、前回はhttpdを先にinstallしてるので、初期設定する前に
